413 Consulting Service is a small business that was established in 2000, after four years of extensive research. Our primary purpose is to provide people with a service so they are able to enjoy better living tomorrow . We provide services in numerous areas to assist our clients: searching for mortgage loans, refinance, and real estate sales. In addition we offer our clients information on how to obtain a "Free Credit Report" from the major three credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. A credit report with score, will summarizes your credit history into a number; that allows lenders and others to know quickly how responsible you have been with your past credit accounts, bank accounts, college student loans, and mortgage loans. We are working directly with Countrywide Home Loans Consultants.

Peggy Ellis earned her Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Independent Research (with a 4.0 GPA) from Cleveland State University. As your Real Estate Broker, she passed her broker test on her first attempt; so she knows how to dedicate her time and energy to working hard for you during the home buying and selling process. She is a single parent; her only daughter is a graduate of USC with a Master's Degree in Communication Management.
